Individual elite division starts in 1st wave
Females running under 9 minute miles and males under 8 minute miles qualify for the elite category. While we are not looking for any written qualifications, we ask that abide by this time qualification if you intend to race in the elite category. Awards for the elite category will be given to the top 3 males and top 3 females overall. If you choose the elite category, you will not be ranked/awarded in your age group - just ranked in the elite category.

SCHEDULE
Race starts at 9:00 a.m. - you will be going off in 5-minute waves, starting with the elite division, then individual men, individual women, then 3-person teams, then 5-person teams. Day of race registration & t-shirt pick-up opens at 6:30 a.m.

COURSE
3-mile obstacle course on paved roads and hard-packed dirt - flat and fast. Over 50 obstacles, including hay jumps, tunnel crawls, fox holes & trenches, cargo netting, and push up stations. Drill instructions at each station to make sure you've completed your obstacles.
